FKS (Fear Kills Success) – Return Policy



At Fear Kills Success (FKS), we care about our customers’ satisfaction.

If a product has an issue, we have a clear and transparent process to handle it quickly and fairly.



1. Timeframe to Request a Return



You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report any problem with your order.



2. Step 1: Mandatory Photos



Before sending anything back, please:


  • Email clear photos showing the product, the reported defect, and the original packaging,
  • Include your order number in the email to contact@fksapparel.com.



Returns cannot be accepted without these photos.



3. Step 2: Returning the Product



  • If the photos suggest a defect, we will provide a Return Authorization Number.
  • The customer must ship the item at their own expense to the address provided, clearly noting the authorization number on the package.
  • The product must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed) and in the original packaging.




4. Inspection & Shipping Reimbursement



  • Once we receive the item, we will perform an inspection.
  • If a defect is confirmed, FKS will:
    • Reimburse your return shipping cost, and
    • Offer your choice of:
      • a replacement item,
      • store credit equal to the product amount, or
      • a full refund to the original method of payment.





5. Items Not Covered



  • Custom products or posters are not eligible for return, except in cases of confirmed defect.
  • Returns sent without authorization or not following this process will not be accepted.




6. Legal Compliance



Under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act,


  • a refund is not required for a simple change of mind;
  • however, for a defective or non-conforming product, the customer is entitled—at their choice—to a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
